The AFCON qualifiers saw Ghana vs Angola play against each other at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Thursday 23rd March 2023. The “Kumericans” did not disappoint as they filled the stadium to the brim and followed the whole show with massive energy at thier home, Kumasi.
The Black Stars defeated the Black Antelopes 1-0 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.
The match was a cool one until the second half saw a short brake due to a pitch invasion done buy a random Mohammed Kudus fan.
The young man was quickly accosted by the policemen on duty, before being taken away for the game to resume.
Meanwhile, the police had to take care of more pitch invaders at full-time when some fans attempted to take selfies with the Ghanaian players on the pitch.
All the pitch invaders who were captured by the Police are likely to face the law if past events are anything to go by.
In a brief interview with the young man after the match, he cliams this is not the first time he is doing such a thing. He even went further to educate the public on how far his “pitch invasion career” has gotten to. He narrated how he was deported from England after an “invasion” at Stanford Bridge.
