Over the past years, the complains of Ghanaians not “patronizing thier own” has been the debate online. According to some DJs and MCs, Ghaianains rather request Nigerian music or music from other parts of the world other than Ghanaian, thier own the most at shows.
Desmond Kwesi Blackmore who’s popularly known in showbiz as D Black, a musician and entrepreneur has reacted to a chart released by “Ghana Charts”
The charts provided details the top 10 songs on Apple Music and it’s rather unfortunate how a charts made for Ghana has not even single Ghanaian song on the list.
D Black reacts to the provided Charts as he laments on how a “Ghana Chart” has no Ghaianain song on the list but rather filled with Nigerian artistse and songs.
Per some Ghanaian netizens they claim the main reason for this is because “most Ghanaians musicians become lazy when they get a hit song and gain some small cash”
